A few hours of atlas work at Longbrake wetlands last evening turned up the following birds:

Canada goose  226
Gadwall  2
Am. wigeon  4
Am. Black Duck  225
Mallard  2120
N. Pintail  45
Ring Necked Duck  6
Lesser Scaup  1
Great Blue Heron  2
N. Harrier  11
Red Tailed Hawk  1
Am. Kestrel  1
Short Eared Owl  14  active at 3p.m.
Am. Tree Sparrow  165
E. Meadowlark  7
