There is a Mute Swan at the Avon Lake Reliant power plant. The view
is good from the pier and the parking lots are finally plowed.

Shane Egleston found hundreds of Snow Buntings, Lapland Longspurs, and
Horned Larks at a farm near Spring Valley WA Sunday afternoon.
When I went out there late afternoon there were easily 100 of each
spread about the road, cornfields and property of the farm.

From SR 42 north of Waynesville go north to Roxanna-New Burlington,
turn east (right). Just past the gravel pit turn left on Houston Rd. This
road dead ends at Cornstalk. The farm is on the left, with outbuildings,
corn cribs, etc on the left and corn fields on the right (south).
