off 256 east from downtown Pickerington (Fairfield County)-

birds were west of Stoudertown Road, between the house that sits at the NW 
corner of Stoudertown/Basil Western intersection and the railroad tracks, 
in cornfields and along roads:

100+ horned larks (in fields and all over the road)
13+ snow buntings
1 lapland longspur
