Hi all,

  Lake Milton is hopping with ducks today. I was there for about 20 minutes this evening and here are some rough estimates:

  Mahoning Ave. bridge (south of I-76)
  American Wigeon – 1
  Canvasback - ~60
  Redhead - ~70
  Ring-necked Duck - ~700
  Lesser Scaup - ~80
  Common Goldeneye - ~35
  Common Merganser – 2
  Red-breasted Merganser – 1
  Pied-billed Grebe – 2
  Horned Grebe – 1
  Bald Eagle – On nest south of the bridge on opposite shore

  Swimming beach area off of Grandview Rd.
  Ring-necked Duck - ~50
  Lesser Scaup - ~15
  Common Goldeneye – 1
  Bufflehead – 6
