took a short drive this evening to check out some wet fields. Found Wilson's snipe on Smith Road south of Stingley and on another road closer to Greenville that also crosses Stingley.
There were at least 8 snipe at Smith Road and at least one on the other road.(sorry, I'm having a senior moment and the map is in the car)

I also have a question. Both places where I saw snipe I kept hearing a soft call similar to a dicksissel. Do snipe make a sound like that maybe when they are moving as they feed?

Other birds:
Can. geese
mallards
woodducks
robins
killdeer
redwing blackbirds
coots
horned larks
