  The first chipping sparrow of the season showed up at a feeder in my yard today 3/23.  A couple of Am. kestrels remain in the Lowellville area, also.  Plenty of wet spots around---pectoral sandpipers, greater yellowlegs, snipes should appearing soon I hope.      Later, Craig
