Sorry that I was not prepared wth a field book at the time to make a definitive id, but a pair of swans are at the lower Shaker Lakes in Cleveland Heights/Shaker Heights. They were not present on my Monday loop of the lake. My daughter called me this afternoon to tell me about them. Both are banded and one seems to be fitted with a radio transmitter. I'll try a drive by morning review for a better id!
