You can set your account to receive copies of your posts, to receive a
brief acknowledgment that you sent a post, or neither of the above.
Follow the link at the bottom of every message you receive, to reach the
listserv website. Once there, choose the third option on the right,
"Join or leave the list (or change settings)". Make your choice in the
acknowledgement section of the settings page.
