The Ospreys have returned to the Osprey Platform at the north end of Hoover
Reservoir in Delaware County. Today one was seen sitting on the nest on the
platform, another was soaring overhead.

Other birds of note at Hoover were a dozen Lesser Scaup, seen from Oxbow
Island, a dozen Bufflehead seen from the Maxtown Road boat ramp, another 25
Bufflehead seen from the Walnut Street boat ramp, and two American Wigeon
seen from the Walnut Street boat ramp. American Coots and Double-crested
Cormorants were seen at all stops. A Sharp-shinned Hawk scattered a flock of
blackbirds near the boardwalk.

At Sharon Woods Metro Park in Westerville, there were three Ruddy Ducks, six
Ring-necked Ducks, two Pied-billed Grebes and several American Coots.
