Good numbers of shorebirds, primarily Pectorals and Am. Golden Plover have arrived this morning to Hardin and Wyandot Co.'s

At Longbrakes 11 groups of Pectoral Sandpipers totaling 450+ birds landed in fields next to the wetlands. A group of 7 Am. Golden Plover also flew over while I was there.

Coming back to Upper Sandusky on SR53 hundreds of Pectorals were seen at various locations landing in agricultural fields.

The real jackpot was north of US23 on the airport road (CH42) off of SR53. There were at least 700 Am. Golden Plover with more moving in and well over 400 Pectoral Sandpipers at the flooded area on the south side of the road.

I will post the entire Longbrakes list later, but I was informed by a note on my windshield that Longbrakes has changed hands(ownership) and I want to share that information with the birding public when I obtain the details.
