10:30 to noon. A small section in the north center of the lake was open
today, and we had a really good selection of ducks and 'stuff'.

Northern pintails
Ring-necked ducks
Black ducks
Mallards
Green-winged teals
Lesser scaups
Redheads
Buffleheads
Ring-billed gulls
Herring gulls
Canvasbacks
Hooded mergansers
Amer. widgeons

Wood ducks

Several members of Aullwood Audubon's staff and FeederWatch participants
also were able to enjoy the ducks, including Monte Mercer, Bessie Reel, Tom
Hissong (Ed. Coord.), Charity Krueger (Dir.), Leanne Brown, Nina Lapitan, Chris
Birch, Beth, Nicole Conrad, Vince and Angie Joyce, and Gary Harpel. Thanks to
all of them for answering our call. It's always nice to be able to share
with others.
