Hit the Spring Valley W.A. this morning with Andy Newman where we met
some other birders, seemingly led by John Habig. We saw the following:

American Bittern - 1 seen from boardwalk
Am. Coots
Blue-winged Teal - 40ish
Wood Ducks - 10
Swamp Sparrows
Tree Swallows
Sora - heard probably 4, saw 2
Virginia Rail - 1 seen and heard
Yellow-rumped Warbler - 4
Winter Wren - 1 heard singing

Bexley:
we stopped by the YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT HERON nests on Preston road
I think it is, and they were there, 1 pair.

Back home in Delaware Co. at my backyard feeder!!

Pine Warbler - 1 it has returned twice, maybe it will be here a little
while, a first for my yard. coolness.

     good birding,
         - Ben Warner
