Sorry for late post on this..We had a wildflower walk at Buzzard's Roost Nature Preserve just West of Chillicothe today (1:00pm). While there we had what appears to be an Imm. Golden Eagle migrating N/NWest. To be honest, my experence with Golden Eagles is limited(Neveda birds)...but have had maybe hundreds of views Bald's..and this Eagle did not seem to fit my past experences. This bird showed the classic white in the wing areas..and also, my impression was that the head did not project like it would in a Bald Eagle(Imm. or not). Several other club members saw this Eagle also, and agree with the Imm. Golden id.
