Just off the phone with Brad Sparks. He and others relocated the
black-necked stilt, still visible from the nature center at Hueston Wood
SP, as it flew in a few minutes ago. While they were there they noticed
a tricolored heron from the same vantage point. The heron was in a small
cove on the far side of a mud bar, not far from several wood-duck boxes.
Surely some avenue to southern climes has opened at last!
