A good friend, Bessie Reel, had a RT hummingbird at her backyard feeder
today. She lives north of Dayton on Martindale Rd.--Delorme, p. 65, AB 5. The
first one we've heard about in this area. Our feeders are out, and our
fingers are crossed.

Quick drives through Englewood Metroparks today yielded several northern
parulas; blue-gray gnatcatchers; blue-winged teal; rough-winged, barn, and tree
swallows; a solitary sandpiper still standing in the same spot??? and some of
the 'usual' "stuff".

Oh, well, they can't all be great days--maybe tomorrow.

Ed and Bev Neubauer
Englewood, Ohio
