10:30 Avon Lake fishing pier. Lethargic Bonaparte's gulls observed in breeding plumage on sides of fishing pier. More gulls arrived as wind diminished and air warmed. Birds were in varying stages of breeding plumage. From ear spot to full hood. Enormous flocks of cormorants passed of the end of the pier numbering in the many 100s.
