We have a report (from an excellent birder) of a Ross's Goose in Holmes County. The bird was seen last week briefly but by the time the id. was made, the bird was gone. Now I guess it's back and we are going down to look for it at 4:00 today (Monday) - will try to take some photos.

Directions: DeLorme, page 51, D-4 (bottom of the page). From Millersburg, (Holmes County), take Rts 62/39 east toward Berlin. Before getting to Berlin, turn right (south) on Rt 557 towards the town of Charm. After several miles and just before the Guggisberg Cheese House and restaurant, the bird was with Canada Geese near a small pond on the right side of the road.
