Last Saturday (4/7) I went to Sims Park between the snow squalls looking for some scoters since Paula Lozano had found 13 on 4/3 on the west side of Cleveland. I saw two but the visibility ended so I left. I returned today (4/9) and there were four. I was there from 4:30 to 5:30pm. It was sunny and the lake was calm.
Surf Scoters 4 (3 males, 1 female) the males all had white on the backs of the head
Still many Common Goldeneye, some Greater Scaup
