What is it with all the Glossy Ibis's in Ohio right now?

There was a Glossy Ibis at Prairie Oaks Metropark near Columbus today. It was feeding in a small pond across from the Prairie View Picnic Area. One of the rangers said that it was there when they came in this morning. It was still there when I left the part at about 4PM.

Prairie Oaks is west of Columbus, just north of I-70 on the exit to Route 142 (Plain City).
