I spent a brief 45 min in the small Gehanna wetland which is north of the
Golf Course and Soccer fields on Old Ridenhaur Rd. This was a 6 pm. 5
birds of note:

1. Blue Gray Gnatcathcher
2. Pair of nesting tufted titmouses
3. Creat Crested Flycatcher
4. And doing its solitary thing one Solitary Sandpiper which gave me
great looks, Bobbing its head and showing off its eyering
5. One swainsons thrush,

I should also add that the day before the recent cold snap there were 3
Cedar waxwings at Greenlawn cemetary. That was 3 April and they were
munching on some sort of catkin. This seemed early to me and I worried
about them thru the cold snap. While I have not seen them at Greenlawn
since, they were reported back there this last weekend. Good Birding,
Phillip
