Granger Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio
Observers: Paula Lozano & Jan Ranahan
While enjoying dinner on the back porch, two interesting backyard birds were
spotted. An Eastern Wood-Pewee, which was heard this morning, too, was
flitting around the low branches of the pin oaks. The surprise was a
fly-over Common Nighthawk, the first I've seen at our house in spring
migration in a long time.
