I stopped by Goodyear Heights Metro Park (Akron) for a quick walk during
my lunch break. A few minutes in I was treated to a pair of Pileated
Woodpeckers working over a downed stump less than 10' off the trail. The
pair captured the interest of everyone that walked by.
Also of note were:
Canada Geese with 4 goslings
Black Throated Blue Warbler - 1
Black Throated Green - 2
Palm - 5
Yellow Warbler - 1
Wood Thrush - 1
Scarlet Tanager - 1

Pat
