On her way to work this morning Cindy Ploch, a member of our Darke County Birders spotted a Eurasian collared dove in Fort Jefferson. This is on St. Rt. 121 south of Greenville. The dove has been seen at the intersection of 121 and Weaver Station-Ft. Jefferson Road.
Sandy Hoying, Carol Hathaway and I drove out about noon today. We saw and heard 2 doves. The woman who owns the house on the sw corner said they have been hanging around their tree in their yard.

While we were out we drove to Z's wetland(a private wetland on Hollandsburg-Tampico Road just south of St. Rt. 36)
