Hi all-

I found the King Rail again yesterday just before it started storming. This was at Turkeyfoot Lake (part of Portage Lakes, south of Akron, Summit Co) I plan on going back Sunday morning to look for it again if anyone is interested in going along. Bring your own boat. I'll be launching around 10:00, from the boat launch at the state park off of Manchester Rd (St Rt 93)

I think there may be a foot path near where I have seen the rail. A new trail was built last year as part of a scout's Eagle badge. I noticed the sign for it yesterday. I will investigate to see if this comes close the the spit of land where I have seen the rail.

I'm sorry to all that have tried to look at my photos on the forum site. First they were too large, then the site said there was an error in transferring them. I will post a link to my Yahoo photos later.

  Bird on-

  Sandy
