A young post fledged Peregrine Falcon fledged just a few short weeks ago was
found dead this week.

At the Terminal Tower in Downtown Cleveland over the last 16 years now 5
young have died with in 30 days of learning the way of the wing.

As Sara Jean Peters used to say something like this, Its like giving a young
person who just got a drivers license a brand new Ferrari, most will crash
and burn. A young inexperienced falcon can make a very fast landing or
collide with a building. Three young birds died as a direct result of
hitting buildings. One young falcon ended up in a chiller unit atop 55
Public Square.

The likely cause will more than likely never be known.
