Hi, all,

On Sunday, I found 2 young nestling Turkey Vultures in an old abandoned sugar house in Mantua Township in northern Portage County. They looked to be well fed, no parents around at the time. Anybody have any idea what might have happened to my head if a parent had shown up while I was there?
I don't know how old they might be, wings and tail still somewhat short, but still had a wide band of white fluff around their necks.

I sure felt as though I was somewhere secret and special, and felt fortunate to see it.
