I found the following at Conneaut Harbor from 4:30-5:00
Black-bellied Plover-0
Semipalmated Plover-0
PIPING PLOVER-0
Killdeer-0
AMERICAN AVOCET-0
Greater Yellowlegs-0
Lesser Yellowlegs-0
Solitary Sandpiper-0
WILLET-0
Spotted Sandpiper-0
WHIMBREL-0
MARBLED GODWIT-0
RED KNOT-0
Sanderling-0
Semipalmated Sandpiper-0
WESTERN SANDPIPER-0
Least Sandpiper-1
Pectoral Sandpiper-0
STILT SANDPIPER-0
Short-billed Dowitcher-0
LONG-BILLED DOWITCHER-0
WILSON'S PHALAROPE-0
In short, Conneaut was an ATVer's paradise, but a shorebird's nightmare. That's what I get for being dumb enough to go to Conneaut on a Sat. afternoon. Luckily, it's only a thirty minute drive for me. At least I got some last ditch PA atlasing done.
Cheers,
Ben Coulter
