Hi All,

I had the good fortune today after running an errand in the Dublin
area of accidentally meeting two of our fine birders who contribute to our
forum. We were at the Honda Wetlands part of Glacier Ridge Metro park today.
While conversing, a purple martin flew around the barn there, getting a
good look at him as he wheeled by. Otherwise, the wetlands had very few
species that were seen or calling. I thought I saw one of the sandpipers or
one of their allies during an earlier trip there about one week ago ,but it
could not be identified due to distance. The water levels there have
risen just a bit from almost nothing in the past week or so. There are
plenty of storms parading across the northern pacific at this time so
hopefully some of that precip makes its way to Ohio.
