Jim McCormac will speak Tues., August 28, 2007 at the Darke County Birders meeting.  The public is invited.  Refreshments will be provided.
Jim's topic will be Fall Warblers.
The meeting will begin at 7pm with Jim's program beginning around 7:30 or so.
The place is Shawnee Prairie Preserve at the Darke County Parks Nature Center.
Directions:  1/4 mile west of Greenville on St. Rt. 502.  There is a sign and a paved lane back to the nature center.

When coming to Greenville, go downtown to the circle, go west on West Main Street and turn right, or north, on St. Rt. 502 which begins at the curve where West Main becomes Chestnut Street.
At 6pm, we have a premeeting walk at the wetland on Chestnut Street.  So continue around the curve from West Main to Chestnut instead of turning on St. Rt. 502 and on to the train tracks.  We meet there and walk along the paved lane between the rail tracks and the wetland.
