I stopped by Conneaut on Sunday and pretty much stayed stationary watching from 9:00-12:30 observing what flew in and what flew by. There was a moderate movement of small flocks the first half of the morning. Most flocks were going west to east, but a few headed east to west. A couple of these flocks briefly landed on the west breakwall before heading off. It seemed like the birds that landed didn't stay long. The 3 red knots, stilt sandpiper, short-billed dowitcher, and a few peeps were there when I got there and there when I left.
