Sam and Bev Walker 9:30-12:30 Sunny to Part cloudy 65d. Mixed water conditions Areas that were strong in the past for shorebirds are dry and overgrown. Other spots are well flooded. Promising areas near well flooded areas are inaccessible

Wood duck-4-5 brooding hens including new nesters in lake by parking lot.
Bald eagle- 2 mature 1 juvenile
Great egret-20-25
Great blue heron-10
Redheaded woodpecker-8 in snags by forest entrance
Northern shoveler 1 hen
Killdeer- 10-15
Caspian tern-1
Greater yellowlegs-3
Kingbird-1
Cedar waxwing-8
Sandhill crane 2 flying mute
