FYI, there's a Green-breasted Mango (a tropical hummingbird that is
generally a very rare visitor to southern Texas) coming to a feeder in
Beloit, Wisconsin. Details at
http://birdingonthe.net/mailinglists/WISC.html

For Ohio birders who might consider driving there, figure it would be about
an hour and a half beyond Chicago. For those who wouldn't go that far --
keep your hummingbird feeders up! This is a good time of year for odd
things to appear!

Don't bother trying to look up the GB Mango in your Sibley guide -- it's not
there. If you have the Kaufman guide, the Wisconsin bird has been reported
to look just like the illustration in that book. The species is also
illustrated in the National Geographic Guide, at least in the more recent
editions.
