SEPT. 22, 2007 - CVNP Fall Census: Tree Farm Trail - Oak Hill Area, Major Rd. & on to the Coliseum Grasslands.

  Coliseum Grasslands list:

     Four Turkey Vultures flew up I-271 and were joined by a fifth which was on a cell tower, they started kettling and were joined by the Peregrine Falcon out over I-271 just east of the grasslands. They got to a very good height before the 5 TV's peeled off and headed west and the PF continued east out over the Cuyahoga Valley and out of sight. The Sedge Wren and all of the Savannah's were in the sedges and reeds in the center of the grasslands, though they too dry for any snipe. Total species: 45.
