Blendon Woods Sept 24,  If you were looking at a warbler today, it was most
likely a black throated green.  Elaine found an interesting bird among the
killdeer at the pond: a red headed woodpecker on the mud flats.  Appears a
number of song birds go down to the flats in the morning.
