Just got a call from Brad Sparks. He was looking at the adult basic red
phalarope from the yacht club just north of Pelican Isl and the east
shore of Hoover Reservoir. From the boardwalk he and others also saw Am.
golden-plovers, Baird's and buff-breasted and stilt sandpipers.
