Around 4pm today there were at least 50-100+ birds
circling within the same roughly 2-3 acre area on St
Rt 691 outside of Nelsonville. I didnt have my
binoculars with me to make a good id of the species,
but they had white upper and under wing markings like
that of nighthawks and appeared to have the same
general shape. Any ideas on what species these may
have been? Thanks.
