Hey!!! Every birdie,

I am SO excited!!

When my Goose Hunters (14/11yo Grandsons) returned with their geese (they
took two each!) we were cleaning them and
WOW!

At our Peterson Bluebird box -- !!! There were SIX Bluebirds!! They went
inside - outside - on top - on the wires.
Maybe, just MAYBE, they like what they saw and will return next spring!
Cross your fingers for me.

Our last "renters" were a couple of years ago, so I'm hoping.

Also, in our little maple tree, there was a Red Breasted Nuthatch moving
around the trunk.

WOW, don't you just LOVE this time of year?? The leaves are changing, the
flowers are providing seed for the wintering birds and there is a crispness
to the air!

Oh, I guess I should tell you what I saw at the SM Fish Hatchery as well:
Baird's Sandpiper
Pectoral SP
Killdeer
CAGO XXXXX
Mallards
RB Gulls
Herring Gull

Enjoy,

Jill Bowers
Auglaize County
