If you were lucky enough to observe the Caesar Creek Goshawk and took a picture good enough to ID the bird, please post it and let us know where we can see it. Since it was seen this AM it may still be around. The bird has become more skittish since it was first seen and it is best to watch it from inside your car for when it once takes off it is almost impossible to re-locate. It is a wonderful bird but likes to play hide and seek.
