3 Snow Buntings were on the sandspit, today(thursday), at 4:30 PM and were still there when I left at 6PM. (Photos taken)

        Other birds of note:
             Dunlin 5
             Semipalmated Plover 2
             Pectoral Sandpiper 1
             Northern Shoveler 1 female
             Black-crowned Night-Heron 3
             Green-winged Teal 12

Note: An interesting local man comes by the platform lagoon some nights just before dark, and does his version of a Night-Heron barking call. They, the Night-Herons actually respond, calling back and flying around and overhead,
everytime! Amusingly he drives a PT Cruiser he calls the Purple Goose.
