We were watching TV tonight, when all of the sudden my wife started yelling for me to come over and look out the front window. I walked over and couldn't believe my eye's. There was a Barred Owl on the eve of my neighbor's front porch. It was only about 20 feet away. We called to my son who was upstairs, and he got to see it too. We opened the front door to get a better look, and it flew into a tree across the street. It then flew off to the East. A lifer for all of us...I love getting a lifer without leaving the house!
