A lone coot has been in residence for two weeks in the Clague Park duck pond. A calm individual who will tolerate a human at 12 feet. Mostly hangs on the duck beach spit at the N end of the parking lot. Other birds of note are wigeon, black duck, junco and red-tailed hawk. A red fox was observed near the dam today.
good sightings to all,
Sam Walker
North Olmsted
