I stopped by briefly on my way back from Lima on Tuesday Oct. 2nd around 1.
 Found a large (200+) flock of ringbills but did not see the Franklin's. 
Probably would have helped if I had my binoculars :-) but since the gulls
were all resting on the beach I could observe them fairly close up. I didn't
see anything that resembled the Franklin's in about a 30-minute time period.
 Oh well...
