Spent some time during the middle of the day.  Best bird was a basic plumage male ruddy duck at the fish hatchery.
I saw no shorebirds, but killdeer.
Other birds 
Can geese
mallards
ruddy duck 1 
coots 2 
cormorants
great blue herons
great egrets 3
red tail hawk
cardinals
C. wren
goldfinches
starlings
bluejays
crows

 and just other common birds.
