I got to Obee Rd. about 9:30; the pine grosbeak had been seen not long after dawn and again at 8:30. It reappeared at 9:50, calling as it flew in from the north. It stayed only 3-4 minutes.

Both the Sabine's gull and little gull were at Huron, seen by several of us between noon and 2:30. The Sabine's was at the mouth of the river near the lighthouse and over the lake to the west of it; the little was circling near the river's west bank a bit before the first cluster of yellow bollards you come to when treking to the lighthouse.

  Cheers,
  Craig Caldwell, Westlake
