Greetings,

Got up to a frosty morning in Wakeman, Lorain County so had plenty of
birds, gold finches, juncos, RBNH and white throat sparrow at the
feeder, on the deck and on the fountain which had ice crystals.
Looking out the kitchen window we spotted a pileated woodpecker
foraging in a black walnut tree by the creek. Although we've heard
them off and on, this is our first sighting this close to the house.
It promises to be another wonderful day of birding.
Cheers
Dorothy & Doug
