This afternoon I had two evening grosbeaks in my yard in North Perry, Lake County. They landed in some maple trees in the yard and seemed top be picking at buds. They stayed about five minutes before heading west. They unfortunately showed no interest in my feeders. I had a few siskins in the yard that also avoided the feeders even though there were numerous goldfinches at it.

This afternoon I also had an adult little gull amongst a group of about 200 Bonaparte's gulls that were feeding out on the lake. The flock appeared to be feeding on a school of fish that were slowly moving east. This may have been the little gull that was at Fairport earlier as the gulls were coming in from the west.
