Troy Shively just called to report ~30 sandhill cranes, 9 snow geese,
and one Ross's goose in fields near the gravel pit along US 33, 2-3 mi
west of the little burg of New Hampshire (De Lorme 45, D7). This has
been a reliable spot for unusual geese, etc. for several years this time
of year.
