At least 60 hawks flew Southeast over Grandview Heights, Columbus at 4:40 this Wed afternoon. They were flying under 500ft an were not riding any thermals to say the least. I could not get a solid ID as I was driving. Red-tailed in size Broad wings and tails just slightly on the short side.
