Dropped by Eastlake Power Plant between 1-3PM. The wind was horrific. Excellent movement of red-breasted mergansers and gulls. All moving westward. The mergs also covered the lake. Had one adult Lesser Black-backed Gull and Greater Black-backed gulls ( 3 )- one adult. Nothing special but it was quite a spectacle with the shear numbers of birds.
