Hi Folks -

Had a single PINE SISKIN amongst a flock of 15+ American Goldfinches at the thistle feeders of Garfield Park Nature Center (Cleveland Metroparks) in Garfield Heights today (15th of November). I check the feeders multiple times daily for redpolls, grosbeaks, and other northern specialties. This is the first 'odd' finch we've had this winter. We have a small birdfeeding area where you can relax and watch upwards of 10 common species regularly visit. So far, not too much action, but you might want to make these feeders a stop when you hit Calvary Cemetery (across the street) for the resident wintering Merlin(s).
